CM Services Selects MobileFrame Software To Automate Their Field Service Operations

CM Services Has Selected MobileFrame's Configurable Mobile ApplicationTM Software As Its Standard Mobility Platform

San Jose, Calif. -- June 26, 2007 - MobileFrame, LLC (www.mobileframe.com), the leading provider of Configurable Mobile ApplicationsTM, announces that CM Services has selected MobileFrame's software platform to automate their field service operations. MobileFrame's solution allows CM Services technicians to receive the work orders assigned to them on their handheld devices and collect data about the job electronically instead of on paper forms. Once complete, the data collected in the field is automatically synchronized to their backend system when wireless or wired access becomes available. CM Services uses a Dispatch and Work Order Management System from S2000 Field Services called S2000Win, which is fully integrated to the MobileFrame platform.

MobileFrame's solution allowed CM Services to automate all of their field operations on a single mobility platform without writing a single line of code. The MobileFrame software runs on Windows Mobile based PDAs and works in both wired and wireless modes. Previously, CM Service technicians collected data about their jobs on paper based forms, which required office staff to manually enter the data into S2000Win. This process was time consuming and inefficient and often resulted in delayed billing to their customers. Using the ultra-flexible feature set contained in MobileFrame's Configurable Mobile ApplicationTM software, CM Services can now take a new phoned-in work order at the trouble-desk, enter it into their work order management system and have a technician receive the new work order on a mobile device in the field, all within a matter of minutes.

Technicians now have immediate access to equipment repair history, account notes, customer contact names, etc. for every customer they visit. Once a work order is complete, the customer receives an email with the work receipt attached as a PDF. This receipt includes a copy of the customer's electronic signature and a summary of the work completed. Management now has instant visibility to the status of work orders, labor spent per job, parts used reports and more, which allows them to make real time decisions about their operations using up to the minute, real time accurate data. MobileFrame's single solution also allows the company to eliminate any paper form from any department, such as installation reports, time cards, vehicle inspections and order entry. With integrated intelligent networking, prioritized synchronization, remote device configuration and management, and remote software updates all built-in to one software platform, MobileFrame significantly streamlines mobile application development, deployment, and administration.

"We are pleased to have implemented our solution at CM Services, "said Lonny Oswalt, MobileFrame's CEO and President. "The successful deployment of CM Service's complex business and work order management system is yet another testament to the flexibility of MobileFrame's platform. Our built-in server based integration workflow capability and integration wizard technology allowed us to fully automate their field service operations quickly and with no programming required.
