MobileFrame invited to present at Dealer Information Systems Corporation's Consolidated Users Group Conference

MobileFrame's powerful Enterprise Mobility Platform to be featured at Dealer Information Systems Corporation's Consolidated Users Group Conference in Denver Colorado.

San Jose, Calif. -- January 17, 2006 - MobileFrame, LLC (www.mobileframe.com), the leading provider of Configurable Mobile ApplicationsTM, will demonstrate the unique capabilities of its mobile software platform at Dealer Information Systems (DIS) Corporation's Consolidated Users Group Conference on March 27th in Denver, Colorado. MobileFrame's revolutionary platform will be featured at this event where custom mobile applications will be created and deployed on the fly. MobileFrame's mobility platform is a centerpiece of DIS Corporation's mobile business strategy. MobileFrame greatly increases DIS Corporation customers' ROI by allowing many departments to standardize on one easy to use platform. MobileFrame's revolutionary Smart ArchitectureTM handles all software programming complexities in the background and permits business users with no IT background to instantly create and deploy sophisticated mobile applications via a user-friendly point and click desktop.

MobileFrame is successfully integrated to DIS Corporation's NDS Work Order Management System at Toyota Material Handling. This unique integration with MobileFrame's product suite gives field technicians a configurable mobile application to easily and accurately document every phase of the Work Order lifecycle. The process begins when a new Work Order is opened in NDS. MobileFrame's software detects the new Work Order and gathers the necessary information from the NDS database. Then, the MobileFrame Server creates and queues an electronic version of the Work Order targeted to the appropriate field technician. When the technician performs a sync operation (via any wired or wireless TCP/IP connection) from his PDA, Tablet or Laptop device running the MobileFrame software, he receives the new Work Order electronically and his open job list is updated instantly.

The technician then performs the work described in the mobile Work Order, documenting the services performed. These including service checklists, parts usage and labor expended. When the service is complete, the field technician captures an electronic signature from the customer and, if needed, can print a service receipt on a mobile printer directly from the MobileFrame application. When the field technician finishes with the Work Order, either as a closed order or a work-in-progress, the collected data is synced back to the MobileFrame server. MobileFrame's Workflow Server software processes the returned Work Order information and deposits it into a special staging area on the NDS server. From there, the MobileFrame Data ConnectorTM imports the data into NDS and processes it to update the Work Order status, adjust Parts Inventories and Labor Hours expended.

In addition to collecting the time spent per work order, technicians also use the MobileFrame application to record the travel time and mileage for each job. These hours are then consolidated into daily and weekly timesheets that can be reviewed by the technician. Once he captures his digital signature and submits his time card for approval, the data is transmitted back to the MobileFrame Server to be processes by the Accounting/Payroll department. In addition to Work Orders, the MobileFrame platform allows the customer to create mobile applications to replace any paper-based forms currently in use. Examples include Preventative Maintenance reports, Installation Reports, Truck Order Entries, Delivery Reports, etc.

MobileFrame's software platform is a fully self contained solution that delivers broad functionality out-of-the-box. No custom programming, no third party mobile gateways, synchronization engines or SDKs are required. Data collected in the field is stored on a handheld device and automatically synchronized to the central office when wireless or wired access becomes available. The MobileFrame software operates on any .NET enabled handheld device, including Pocket PC PDA's, Tablet PC's or Laptops.
