America Online Inc. (AOL) Selects MobileFrame's Software Platform

AOL selects MobileFrame's Configurable Mobile ApplicationTM software platform to automate their asset management and tracking using a mobile scanning solution.

San Jose, Calif. -- March 14, 2006 - MobileFrame, LLC (www.mobileframe.com), the leading provider of Configurable Mobile ApplicationsTM, announces that its mobile software platform has been selected by America Online, Inc. (AOL), a division of Time Warner, Inc, the world's leader in interactive services, Web brands, Internet technologies, and e-commerce services. MobileFrame's award-winning Configurable Mobile ApplicationTM software platform enables AOL to automate management of their asset tracking tasks throughout the entire lifecycle of an asset from procurement to maintenance to its disposition at end of life. The MobileFrame Asset Tracking Application incorporates a novel mobile scanning interface that permits AOL service technicians to scan equipment barcodes directly into AOL's back office systems which eliminates all manual input and typing errors that occur while identifying assets on the floor and provides instantaneous tracking of work orders throughout the AOL data center. Continuous visibility into hardware work order status greatly improves operational efficiency and significantly reduces operational costs. AOL plans to deploy this mobile scanning solution to AOL's data centers worldwide.

"MobileFrame competed successfully against many large System Integrators and mobile software providers to win this account, so we are very excited to be selected by AOL to automate their asset tracking system," said Lonny Oswalt, MobileFrame's CEO and President. "Our award winning software platform continues to be recognized as best of breed, as we secure yet another Fortune 100 company as a valued customer."

MobileFrame's Configurable Mobile ApplicationsTM software platform is an entirely self contained mobility solution that provides full functionality out-of-the-box, with no custom programming, no third party mobile gateways, synchronization engines or SDK's required. Mobile applications are fully integrated with AOL's back office asset tracking and work order management systems, allowing technicians on the floor to have full access to work orders, repair histories, parts inventories and maintenance schedules. MobileFrame's software also allows AOL technicians to capture photographs, voice notes, documents, templates, logos, sketches, digital signatures, bar code scans, magnetic strip read outs, RFID tags and advanced algorithmic functions, and attach them directly into their mobile applications. Applications are stored in a library so customers can make changes whenever businesses requirements change enabling on-the-spot development and deployment of a wide variety of mobile applications. MobileFrame software affords customers unparalleled flexibility to create mobile applications of any degree of complexity, incorporating any mix of business processes, and deploy those mobile applications to their mobile workers on-the-fly.
