This privacy policy describes MobileFrame LLC (“MobileFrame”)’s policies and practices for the collection, use, processing, storage, and disclosure of information that we collect about you through our websites and services. General principles

MobileFrame respects your privacy and seeks to protect your data. We hope that the information in this policy will help you understand how we gather, use and protect your personal data. MobileFrame does not sell, rent or trade personal data with third parties for their promotional purposes. MobileFrame does use third-party entities to provide valuable services on our behalf. If your employer registered or subscribed for the service on your behalf, then we may pass certain information to your employer about your use of the service where your employer has a reasonable reason to receive it.

  • To deliver services, such as newsletters, events, trainings, demos, information or software that you request or purchase
  • To help us create and publish content most relevant to you

Use of cookies

You acknowledge and accept that MobileFrame has no control over Google’s or other website tools’ data collection. We also use cookies to collect information on which ads, newsletter links, or other marketing materials are accessed by visitors. We may use cookies to help us analyze our webpage flow, customize our services, content, and advertising, measure promotional effectiveness and promote trust and safety. This information is used to ensure we are providing information visitors want to read. Most, but not necessarily all, of this information is collected in aggregate form and never linked with your personal information.

Web beacons, also known as clear gif technology or action tags, may be used to assist in delivering the cookie on our site. This technology tells us how many visitors clicked on key elements (such as links or graphics) on a MobileFrame website page. We do not use this technology to access your personally identifiable information on MobileFrame Websites; it is a tool we use to compile aggregated statistics about MobileFrame websites usage. We may share aggregated site statistics with partner companies but do not allow other companies to place clear gifs on our sites.

If you choose to not have your browser accept cookies from the MobileFrame websites, you will still be able to view the text on the screens, however you will not experience a personalized visit nor will you be able to subscribe to some of the service offerings on the site. MobileFrame may use third party vendors, including but not limited to Google and MSN/Bing, to show MobileFrame related ads on sites on the internet. Third Party vendors, including but not limited to Google and MSN/Bing, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to MobileFrame and other websites. Users may opt out of Google's use of cookies by visiting the Google advertising opt-out page. Alternatively, Users may opt-out of other third party vendor's use of cookies by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt out page.
