They initially were looking for ways to increase their cash flows, while eliminating the need to hand enter data back at the office.\u00a0 They were also losing precious time out in the field<\/p>\n<p>Here is where they were losing time every day:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technicians drove to the office to pick up their daily work orders<\/li>\n<li>After completing a work order, the techs had to call the office to see if their schedule had changed<\/li>\n<li>Every day they had to fight traffic to turn in the completed work orders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Through the implementation of a mobile work order system this group was able to<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dispatch work orders electronically<\/li>\n<li>Communicate in real time via Instant Messaging<\/li>\n<li>Synchronize work orders back into their accounting system in real time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This technology enabled them to not only increase their cash flows, but also save 1 hour of productive revenue generating time per technician daily.<\/p>\n<p>Here is an example:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p align=\"center\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1<\/span> Mobile Technician x <span style=\"color: #000000;\">5<\/span> Additional Work Orders per Week x <span style=\"color: #000000;\">$200<\/span> Avg.
