Prior to implementing the MobileFrame solution, their drivers were collecting data about their assigned pickups on paper. This resulted in roughly 6,000 paper forms a month landing on the desks of the office staff and that data had to then be manually entered into their CRM system. Management knew that automating this process would eliminate excessive labor costs, give them real-time insight into field activities and make their staff more efficient all at the same time.\u00a0 Freeing up the staff\u2019s time meant they could work on more strategic projects for the company.<\/p>\n
