San Jose, Calif. -- August 22, 2007 - MobileFrame, LLC (www.mobileframe.com), the leading provider of Configurable Mobile Applications^TM, announces that The General Services Administration has selected MobileFrame's software platform to automate their asset tracking operations. MobileFrame's solution allows General Services Administration staff to efficiently track government assets wherever they are located. General Services Administration employees use PDAs to scan barcodes of assets in the field and then synchronize the data collected to GSA's back end Asset Management System using docking stations or, if wireless access is available, via real-time Wi-Fi, GPRS, or EVDO cellular connections. This solution has eliminated all errors associated with tracking assets using paper forms and has given GSA management real time visibility into the asset tracking process.

MobileFrame's software has enabled The General Services Administration to automate their asset tracking including collection of all field data using dynamic forms created from tasks within their asset tracking system. Using the ultra-flexible feature set contained in MobileFrame's Configurable Mobile Application^TM software, GSA was able to deploy a solution tailored to their specific requirements in a fraction of the time it would have taken to create a custom hard-coded solution. General Services Administration employees can now take a new phoned-in work order, enter it into their asset tracking management system and have a technician receive the new work order on a mobile handheld in the field, all within a matter of minutes. This resulted in substantial cost savings for the Agency.

MobileFrame's solution allowed The General Services Administration to automate their mobile asset tracking operations on a single mobility platform without having to write a single line of code. With integrated intelligent networking, prioritized synchronization, remote device configuration and management, and remote software updates all built-in to one software platform, MobileFrame significantly streamlines mobile application development, deployment, and administration. Data collected in the field is stored on a handheld device and automatically synchronized to the central office when wireless or wired access becomes available.
