Lonny Oswalt, Chief Executive Officer
Lonny co-founded MobileFrame after serving for more than 20 years in a variety
of executive and technology management roles. He was Vice President of Business
Development and Channel Sales at eAssist Global Solutions, which developed a
world class eCRM customer support platform.
Prior to eAssist, Lonny was the Head of Worldwide Business Development at
Remedy Corporation, a $300M company, handling operations and management of
Remedy's CRM and Information Technology business development units. At Remedy
he helped to create the company's wireless vision and business strategy,
leading to first-place market share in the help desk wireless-client software
market.
Lonny also held senior technology management positions with Lockheed Martin's
Satellite Division, where as General Manager, he managed a $250M line of
business with more than 200 employees engaged in building advanced software
architectures. He holds a BS in Engineering from the University of Arizona.

Glenn Wickman, Chief Technology Officer
Glenn brings over 21 years of development programming and successful project
management experience to MobileFrame. Prior to becoming the Chief Technical
Officer at MobileFrame, he was a co-founder and the chief architect of Medical
Republic, a leader in online medical billing transfer software. Previously
Glenn served as the Director of Engineering for Saratoga Systems, a worldwide
leader in the CRM software market, where he helped create the wireless version
of their flagship product. Before joining Saratoga Systems, Glenn was the
Engineering Manager for Remedy Continuum, a Sales Force Automation application
for the enterprise. Earlier, Glenn was the project manager and lead developer
of HR technical projects for Signet Banking Corporation. At Signet he developed
distributed client-server, and web-based applications for HR information
gathering, call center tracking, net-based conferencing, applicant tracking,
activity based costing, position budgeting and maintenance.
Glenn is recognized throughout the industry for his strong technical
leadership, pragmatic approach to software design, and his ability to create
long term strategies to ensure the future success of the software development
and IT organizations. He has been a principal driving force behind the design
of MobileFrame's revolutionary software platform and has introduced "best
practices" to the engineering and IT divisions of the company.
Glenn moved to the Bay Area in 1999, when his Richmond, Virginia based start up
was acquired by Remedy Corporation, the help desk industry leader. Glenn holds
a B.S. in Business Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Joseph Kliger, VP of Engineering
A veteran technologist, Joseph has over 18 years experience in the design and
implementation of a wide variety of software products. He was instrumental in
the development of a highly successful line of advanced diagnostic tools for
the automotive industry, as well as design tools for the computer aided
engineering field. Joseph has served as VP of Engineering and CTO of Ontool, a
state-of-the-art e-commerce site for the automotive industry, and worked in
consulting and director of engineering positions with companies such as Cannon
Information Systems, Edge Diagnostics, and Daisy Systems where he consistently
led teams that delivered network infrastructure, database, diagnostic and
design tools, and system interoperability products to market. Joseph holds his
M.S. degree in computer science from the University of Hawaii.

William M. Manheim, VP of Professional Services
With over 25 years of software design, development and implementation
experience, William brings a strong background in professional services. Before
joining MobileFrame, William served as the VP of Software Engineering at
Greenleaf Medical, where he architected and developed 'Q', a generalized PDA
based documentation system. William previously served as Chief Technology
Officer at Covanta Solutions where he led the design, development and
implementation of sophisticated systems to seamlessly integrate Pro|Search®
with ERP systems such as PeopleSoft and Lawson.
Prior to Covanta, William founded North Bay Systems, Inc., where he developed
Pro|Search®, a microcomputer-based software system to automate permanent and
temporary staffing industries. Pro|Search® became the preeminent front office
application for the staffing industry serving many large national organizations
including Remedy Staffing, Prostaff, Express, Fidelity, Adecho, Westaff and
Robert Half International.
William is recognized as an innovative designer of sophisticated enterprise
applications combining proprietary, high-speed search techniques, efficient
data store algorithms and advanced user interfaces. He is also a charter member
in the HR-XML Consortium, an independent, thought-leading, non-profit
organization dedicated to the development and promotion of standardized XML
vocabularies for services industries. He earned his is B.A. at the University
of California at Los Angeles.

Patricia Oswalt, Executive VP of Worldwide Sales
As EVP of Sales at MobileFrame, Patricia brings more than 17 years of sales and
sales management experience to the team. Before joining MobileFrame, Patricia
served as the VP of Client Services for MobileIdeas, where she built and
managed sales and professional services teams. She has also held sales and
sales management positions for leading enterprise software companies including
Computer Associates, Embarcadero Technologies, and Marimba. Patricia earned a
Bachelor's Degree in finance from the University of Texas at Austin.

Thomas J. Laughlin, Contracts Officer
Thomas has had more than 40 years of experience in information technology, and
has led engineering, product development and business contracting teams through
the full cycle of government and commercial engineering contracting,
specifications, systems architecture design, software builds, quality assurance
testing, and implementation. He holds a BSEE from Stanford University and an
MSEE from Santa Clara University.
