Senior Client Engineer
Responsible for software design and development of client-side applications of a mobile client-server software system using C# language, .NET technologies, and industry standard SQL databases. Assignments may include translating business requirements into technical design documents, participation in product architecture and design, and development of re-usable .NET components.

Required Skills

• Three years of Windows-based mobile client-server software development
• Shipped at least one Pocket PC and/or Windows product within the last year
• Two years of SQL Server and SQL CE database experience
• Solid understanding of current Microsoft .NET development tools and OO design
• Deep understanding of Windows-based development with emphasis on UI
• Working knowledge of XML, SOAP, SSL, http, and related technologies
• Strong design skills and understanding of process-based software development
• Ability to review and write design specifications

Senior Server Engineer

Quality Assurance Engineer
Responsible for working closely with software developers and other team members to create and execute functional system test plans that imitate real-world system use. Assignments may include evaluation and deployment of test tools and bug/enhancement tracking systems, ensuring that system development matches business functional requirements, developing test plans, identification of failures, defects, and issues that affect system design, and assisting in controlled software releases for testing and production environments.

Required Skills

• Four years experience in enterprise software quality assurance
• Experience building and testing applications written for Windows
• Black-box product testing and release engineering
• Creation of complete integrated system test plans
• Experience with IIS application servers
• Experience with InstallShield 10 or later
• VSS source code control
• Experience with testing for mobile devices
• Experience with scalability and load-balance testing

Technical Writer
Responsible for working closely with software developers and other team members to design, create, and maintain accurate and effective documentation for MobileFrame software products. Assignments may include end user reference guides, online help, quick references, system installation guides and reference manuals, release notes, and miscellaneous documentation.

Required Skills

• Two years experience in a related field (technical writing, desktop publishing, or marketing communications)
• Demonstrated ability to plan, research, write, and edit technically accurate publications in clear, precise, and logical form
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator, and Windows OS
• Knowledge and understanding of HTML, web page design, and help authoring tools
• Good written and verbal communications skills, organization skills, and ability to complete projects independently

Preferred Skills

• Ability to translate engineering documents and drawings into text and sketches/illustrations

Enterprise Software Sales Executive
Responsible for increasing MobileFrame's sales and meeting or exceeding an assigned revenue quota while building and managing a strong pipeline. The chosen candidate will be selling MobileFrame's products and Professional Services by making direct sales calls using established and new contacts. Responsibilities also include producing and communicating account/campaign/closing plans on key and significant opportunities/customers, managing the entire lead-to-order process and keeping product knowledge and skills up to date.

Required Skills

• Excellent cold calling, presentation and negotiation skills
• Candidate must have a strong quota achievement history
• Ability to present business solutions at the executive level
• Lead negotiations and overcome objections for deal closure
• Self driven, motivated and results oriented
• Proven sales cycle management skills
• At least 4 years professional selling experience in technology sales
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and sales cycle reporting
