  • In the Office:
    • Schedule Service Requests - including preventative maintenance, lease returns, warranty calls and repair orders. Using our built-in calendaring functionality, calls can be dynamically dispatched based upon territory, availability, skill set, proximity and parts on hand.
    • Manage Technician Workload - review assigned service requests, parts on hand, and instantly transfer calls from one mobile technician to another.
    • Monitor Technician Locations - view mobile technician GPS position throughout the day including real-time job status notification, configurable breadcrumb trails, geofences and reports.
    • Parts Consignment - track inventory levels of all consignment parts, including automatic invoice generation and reports.
    • Review Reports - easily review all completed service requests, inventory levels, time cards and schedules.
  • In the Field:
    • Receive and Complete Service Requests - with the ability to document travel time, arrival time, start/stop time, create new work orders, scan equipment barcodes, review past equipment history/notes, capture high resolution photos, create digital sketches, document corrective action, take notes and capture digital signatures.
    • Document Preventative Maintenance Completion - including the ability to add, edit, and review equipment history. Workflow can be configured to require additional information capture when corrective action is needed including mandatory photos of all repairs needed, problems encountered and actions taken. Reports are generated automatically and can be either printed or emailed.
    • Complete Weekly Time Cards - technicians can enter weekly time cards including regular time, overtime, and premium time. Also includes employee signature and GPS location.
    • Manage Parts Inventories - technicians can easily track parts on hand, review parts inventories of other vehicles within their proximity, and document purchases made out in the field.
  • By Your Customers:
    • Purchase Consigned Parts - customers can scan parts out of inventory and automatically generate an invoice for payment.
